“We loved the calamari app. The tuna Tacos were very good, with great sauce choices. The picnic tables in front of the food truck were great. Loved the fact they had a big canvas cover to help give shade.”

“Maybe if we protest this place the food might not make you sick and the service might pick up. They are supposed to be the neighborhood best Barbecue what has happened to this place. 👎🏿 need to add this just received my food I requested no sauce on the meat and the server repeated it twice no sauce would you believe they still put sauce on the meat. I will NEVER eat at this place again. We also waited 1 hr and 25 min.”
2320 Tamiami Trail # 9, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, United States
“It’s a down home, fresh made old style diner type of breakfast place!! Friendly service with large portions of your classic breakfast food. We’ve been going there for a couple of years and never disappointed. If you’re up for the challenge try one of their signature “Pile Ups”. There’s a 1/2 portion too. Either way it’s a whole lotta food!!”
3580 St Johns Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32205, United States
“Not a bad little diner. Food is VERY basic. Nothing special that makes it sick out. The atmosphere was great though. All the servers and the manager were very upbeat. Very small, quaint place. The interior could use an update, but that's just my opinion 😀 …”
3000 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32806, United States
“I randomly found this place and it is delicious. The best Mexican food I have had so far. They use the best cheese “queso blanco” than any other place I’ve been to. I love the cheese burrito. The red sauce on it is very good too! Steak is so flavorful on the taco salad we got and I am not even a steak fan. Fajitas were really good too. You can’t go wrong here. Service was good. Friendly wait staff. This place is out the way from where I live but I will be back frequently!.”

“Had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant! Their commitment to authentic dim sum truly shines through in every dish. I highly recommend the beef tripe and shrimp rolls - both are must-haves for any visitor.”

“Excellent food, good atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonable prices.”

“Pulled up to Ponderosa and a woman was outside leaning against the wall smoking a cigarette. When we parked, she quickly put it out and rushed inside to get to the register to wait on us. Not a great first impression, but we carried on. The atmosphere was exactly what I remember of Ponderosa from the late 1980s. I got the sirloin tips and the salad bar, since that’s what I would always get when I was younger. I don’t even know where to start with how terrible the food was. The steak was incredibly fatty and absolutely bland. Like eating pure grizzle. It was probably the worst steak I’ve had in my lifetime. And the mushrooms on top tasted like they just came straight out of a can and were gross. The only positive things I can say is that the salad bar was good and the carrot cake was the best thing in the place. I’m glad I went for the nostalgia of it and just to say I went, but you couldn’t pay me to eat there again.”
