“I remember what a treat it was to get a dipped butterscotch cone when I was little - and I thought this place was gone! Wow - they're still here, they look just like I remember, and have the same ice cream menu I remember! I think the sandwich menu might have changed but they still have awesome cheeseburgers and hotdogs, including a footlong and yes it's made Carolina style. Great memories of Circus Hall of Cream can still be made!”
