It was ok, nothing special Grits were ok, not creamy Waffle was made with cheap batter! It was very dense and heavy, and to top it off, you get this cheap syrup that tasted like medicine! I poured over the waffle before tasting it, and boy, what a big mistake and only finished half the waffle it was so nasty!! The fried chicken was better they were seasoned! They had a sitting area, but it was not being used by customers, only folk sitting around talking! Loud chatter or something coming out of the kitchen as well but sent out nothing special! I dont think I'll be going back!”

“We did not know what to expect when staying in Panacea, and luckily this place was in walking distance to our air BNB. Posey's definitely has the fried seafood thing down to a science and the sea food is local which makes it even better. I had the softshell crab sandwich and my wife had the fried grouper sandwich. Our server was on top of things when it came to making sure we had cold beers in front of us and our food came out hot and quickly. “Was in town for spring training baseball and met up with some friends who live local and enjoy this place. So glad they thought to show it to us! The menu includes some really interesting things and there are daily specials. I got one of those specials which was blackened sheepshead (who knew that was a name of a fish?) along with scallops and shrimp on a bed of grits and carrots and my wife had a herb marinated broiled salmon. Both dishes were amazing and full of flavor. Definitely recommend!!”
