“Walked in and it was dimly lit with writing all over the ceiling tiles and that faint smell of spilled beer wafting through the air. I knew immediately it was likely gonna be some of the best food I would ever eat. When they brought out my wings on a picnic paper plate that sealed the deal. Best wings hands down. Shark Sauce 10s and fries absolutely hit the spot!”

“This is a small specialty market selling Italian food. The place is well known for its delicious inexpensive Italian sandwiches that are prepared every morning. A lot of people buy these sandwiches so they usually run out by lunch time. The market has a great selection of Imported cookies, bread, pasta, oils canned goods and bottled items. I’ve never tried their frozen pasta and store made sauces but I can vouch for their delicious prosciutto that is sliced on the spot. This is the place to go for charcuterie in Pasadena.”

The Meatloaf omelet was different the Chipotle sauce on the side is a nice touch. Biscuits and Gravy are fantastic 👌 nice flavor and a little kick of 🥵 🔥 not much just enough. I love the union dinner can't wait to go back...”

“tldr: cute diner, fast service, friendly staff, cheap prices, good food, but the water they serve tastes mildewed or something the diner is really cute and casual, we didn’t have to wait to be sat, and the staff is all really friendly. the service was fast and when we ordered our waitress asked if we were sharing (we were), and when she brought the food out she’d had the kitchen split both entrees in half on separate plates which was great. the food we ordered came out quickly and was excellent! the only negative was the water - it had a mildewy smell and taste to the point that we actually didn’t want to drink it, and might keep us from coming back”

“Traditional little diner. We arrived for lunch and the place was very busy. I couldn’t pass on ordering breakfast for lunch. I got 2 buttermilk pancakes and I added two scrambled eggs. Very efficient place. I noticed the flow and it’s impressive. Our food was delivered nice and hot. Everything tasted good. *** Cash only, no credit cards accepted The diner is in a large strip mall so there’s plenty of parking.”

“Where do I begin? For starters, the atmosphere was incredible. Low lights, very mellow music...just overall, great. I was very comfortable. They started off with beverages and some miso, I went with a water and it had lemon. The miso was great! Very fresh. I order the Philadelphia Roll and the steak bento box. I'm not a fan of cold sushi, myself but it was delicious. The bento box was a solid 10/10, my only complaint would be that there wasn't MORE steak and spring rolls 😂 I also got a yum yum roll to go. Took leftovers home to my significant other and he even enjoyed them. I'll definitely be making a return to this establishment. ☺️”

“Delightful to have this iconic restaurant re-open. Food was excellent~we really enjoyed the crust, chewy and just enough oil. No boring dry here!! Nice fresh salads with homemade dressings. A huge applause for cleanliness and our lovely servers use hand sanitizer and wipe the tables dry after washing. Worth our trip from Fort Wayne!!!”
